Here we will know how to start yoga so that we can take the right advantage of yoga(yogic) in our life. As you all know, yoga is very important in today's time. Therefore it is equally important to know how to do yoga.
I hope you will read this article carefully and enjoy yoga in your life.

1. Make your Mood

Yoga practice should begin with a calm mood that can be attained by a short prayer.

2. Relax your body

It is necessary that the body is relaxed (you can close your eyes until it is relaxed) then Surya Namaskar can be practiced.

3. Regularity and Patience

Yoga requires regularity and patience. If you cannot do some asanas by following the right principle of asana or pranayama, then there is nothing. Your efforts also require perseverance. Give time to your body and keep your mind firm, you will get success with time.

4. Do not compete

Yoga is meant to achieve peace of mind and balance of the body, not something where you try to compete with someone. Everyone has their own separate body and their own pace. Competitions feed our ego while yoga helps us rise above our ego.

5. Timing

On the time of Sun rise is the ideal time for yoga practice but it can also be practiced in the evening as well.

6. Condition of Stomach

Avoid consuming any food 3 hours prior to yoga practice. Some yogic practices should be practiced on an empty or on a very light stomach.

7. Ideal Place for your practice

Practice yoga in an open environment where air flow is normal and there is no noise. Or choose a separate room for your yoga practice. The selected room should be well ventilated by air. There should be a clean and non-irritating place for your practice. Do not practice on a hard surface. A dry mat or a blanket may be used. If you do not have a separate room, you can choose a part of the room for your practice.

8. Ideal cloths for Yoga

It is important to wear something that will not restrict your movement, choose clothes that you are comfortable with. Remove your glasses, watches or any jewelry before starting the asana. It can harm you while doing yoga.

9. Limitations

Menstruation, pregnancy, high blood pressure and injuries to the knees, shoulders and neck are all situations where some asanas should be avoided and special care should be taken in all postures. If you have a medical condition, you should check with your health care professional before starting a yoga practice.

10. Awareness

Yoga should be done with full awareness. The key is to constantly remind ourselves to bring our wandering minds back to pose, breathe, and focus on the moment.
