In today's modern and busy life, back pain is becoming an epidemic. According to an estimate, every seventh person in the world is suffering from back pain. But many people buy the disease for lifetime due to carelessness and lack of understanding.

Cause
Slip Disc- When excessive load in the lower area of the waist causes cracks or breaks in its cushion (disc), it is called slip disc.
Pressure on the veins - when the disc starts sliding. Then the pressure on the nerves starts causing the pain in the waist to tighten in the legs.
Osteoporosis - As age increases, the amount of salts in bones decreases, which reduces calcium and phosphate elements that strengthen bones. Due to which the bones become weak. In this, the ends of the vertebrae get damaged and start rubbing each other. Due to which the patient feels pain in moving.
Infection of bone- Disc infection is the main reason for severe bacterial infection causing severe back pain. (Bone TV is its main infection)
Sitting on a chair, scooter or bike continuously. Waking up incorrectly. Lifting heavy items.
