It keeps opening like a pump, the blood keeps moving in the blood vessel arteries and ducts, the action of blood moving in the arteries is called blood pressure.
This is a natural activity. In normal state, the blood pressure of a young man is systolic 120 and diastolic 80. When this increases to 140/90, it is called high blood pressure.

Yogic treatment
Asana
The first reason should be overcome.
In the case of a blood pressure attack, full relaxation should be done by lying down in the breath. Long breathing or right nose should be closed and inhaled from the left nose.
Practice Pawan Muktasana, Sleeping Bajasana, Shavasana, Yoga Nidra, practice Pranava Jap. Shavasan should be done 2-3 times a day for half to one hour.
Pranayama
Nadi Shodhan Pranayama, Deep breathing, Sheetali Pranayama, Shetkari Pranayama, Chandrabhedi Pranayama, Bhramari Pranayam should be done without Kumbhak.
Prohibition
Asanas with head pressure, Sarvangasana, Dhanurasana, napurasana etc.
