Method: 

1. Turning the middle finger towards the palms, pressing the first knuckles with the thumb, keeping the rest of the fingers straight, creates a zero posture.

Precautions:

• Do not do zero posture immediately before or after taking food.

• Concentrated sitting in a posture and doing zero posture has more benefits.

Time and duration of posture:

• Zero Mudra should be done thrice daily, noon, evening for 15-15 minutes. Can also do up to 45 minutes at a time.

Benefits:

• Continuous practice of Zero Mudra ends ear diseases like ear pain, deafness, runny ears, strange sounds in the ears, etc. In case of earache, doing zero posture for just 5 minutes has a magical effect in pain.

• Zero posture is beneficial in almost all diseases of the throat.

• This mudra cures diseases of the thyroid gland.

• The zero posture arouses the laziness of the body and arouses vitality.

• By doing this mudra, mental tension is also eliminated.
