Method, Precautions & Benefits of  Surya Mudra (Sun Pose) || Surya Mudra (Sun Pose) karne ka Tarika, Savdhania aur Fayde [2020-21]



Method:

1. Sit down in Siddhasana, Padmsana or Sukhasana.

2. Place both hands on the knees, palms facing up.

3. Modify the ring finger in the root of the thumb.

4. Keep all three fingers straight.

Precautions

• Surya Mudra should not be done in the event of excessive weakness.

• Performing surya mudra increases body heat. Therefore, in the summer before taking it, a glass of water should be taken.

• Time and duration of performing Surya Mudra

• It is more beneficial to do this mudra at the sunrise after bathing. Evening can be done before sunset.

• Surya Mudra can be started from 8 minutes in the beginning to 24 minutes.

Benefit :

• Cholesterol decreases by doing 16 to 16 minutes twice a day.

• The ring finger represents the earth and the thumb represent the element of fire, the union of these elements produces energy in the body.

• Efforts of sun pose destroy stomach diseases.

• Mental stress is removed by the practice of Surya Mudra.
