Method :

1. Sit down in Padmasana or Siddhasana. Keep the spine straight.

2. Place both your hands on your knees, palms facing up

3. Attach the knuckles of the little finger of the hand (junior) and the knuckles next to it (ring finger).

Precautions:

• Pranamudra increases vital energy, this power becomes appropriate for sense, mind and emotions. But if it is not used properly, then this power can also lead to attachment to the senses, disturbance to the mind and feelings to the evil side.

Time and duration of currency:

• Pranamudra can be done for a maximum of 48 minutes in a day. If it is not possible to do for 48 minutes at a time, then you can do 16-16 minutes in the morning and afternoon.
