Method :

1. In the position of Vajrasana, bend the knees of both the legs and sit, the spine should be straight and both the feet should be joined to the front of the thumb. It is beneficial to stick the buttocks on the ankles. If you cannot sit in Vajasana, then you can sit in Padmasana or Sukhasana.

2. Place both hands on knees, palms facing up.

3. Touch the next tip of the ring finger of your hand (the finger next to the shortest finger) with the tip above the thumb.

4. The rest of the fingers should be straight.

Precautions:

• Although the earth posture can be done in any posture, but it is more beneficial to do it in Vajrasana, so it should be done sitting in Vajrasana as much as possible.

Time and duration of Prithvi Mudra:

• Prithvi Mudra should be done 24-24 minutes in the morning. Well, you can do this mudra anytime and anywhere.

Benefits:

• People who are not able to digest food or have gas disease, after taking food, sitting in Vajasana for 5 minutes and doing Prithvi Mudra is very beneficial.
