Asthma is a great disease. Asthma attacks usually begin suddenly. But often as a warning, sadness, laziness, indigestion, excessive amount of phlegm coming out of the nose, breathing problem, perspiration. The attack of asthma is reflected as a spurt of breath. In this, due to the narrowing of the respiratory tubes and the phlegm settling in it, the patient starts to have difficulty in breathing and when numerous tubes of chest are filled with phlegm, there is a asthma attack. Which can last for half an hour. When the phlegm starts to melt loosely. So the asthma attack ends. During the outbreak, there is a contraction in the involuntary muscles of the respiratory tracts and consequently the amount of air that comes in is reduced. The patient has to take the support of the supporting muscles to normalize respiration.
The patient puts pressure on the muscles of the throat and uses all the muscles of the chest for air catharsis. (The patient soon experiences fatigue in abnormal respiration.)
