Inflammation or swelling in the joints, especially in the synovial joint, is called arthritis.
Two things are necessary to make the joints flexible.
The edges of the joints should be smooth (this work is done by cartilage or cartilage sticking to their ends).
There is lubricity between joints- (this is the work of synovial oil). Lack of either of these hinders the functioning of joints.
There is a thin membrane (mucous membrane) on the inner surface of the joints. Which continuously makes and absorbs mucous oil. Joints always remain smooth in this oily material. Mucous oil is made from the blood by the mucous membrane and is absorbed by the veins and the lymph, thus transmitting nutrients from the blood to the joints and cartilages. And carries away the substances emitted by them.
If there is any obstruction or decrease in the flow of energy in these joints and persists for more days, the flow of blood or lymph will slow down and there will be a decrease in the circulation of the synovial cortex. Due to which the smooth cartilage begins to decay due to reduced smoothness and calcium etc. substances start to collect in the joints. Due to which there is tightness in the legs etc.
Symptoms
Swelling and acute pain in the contaminated joints tightness, burning sensation, anorexia, heaviness, fever, buccal discoloration, excess urine, gurgle in the abdomen, colic, etc. The pain and deformity are temporary, stomach stiffness, pain, sleepiness during the day, no sleepiness at night. In this, the joints of the next wrist, elbow, gulf, knee etc. are invaded quickly. And there is fever, the skin becomes red and itchy.

Massage, compress hot - cold, enema, hot foot bath, local steam
Prohibitive diet
Do not eat things made with milk. Meat does not eat fish.
Sapodilla, banana, papaya, pointed gourd, pumpkin, tinda, tomato, radish, carrots, sour fruits should not be taken at all. black gram, split lentil, masoor dal, rajma, sour foods, brinjals, gomis etc. are not to be taken with aerated substances.
