The retardation of the fire has been attributed to disturbing vata pitta and phlegm in the body. Various types of fire are present in the body in the form of gastritis and blood pressure etc. The main function of these fire in the body is proper digestion of food. Converting the juices' substances produced as a result of digestion into substances used by the body and developing the body by building body organs with those useful substances. When a person's digestive functions related to stomach and intestine become slow, then he is called Indigestion (Dyspepsia).
Symptoms:-
1. Hunger seems to be reduced because the digestion of the food is not properly done.
2. It feels full without eating.
3. The patient starts having anorexia in the diet.
4. Feeling nauseated
5. A layer of dirt accumulates on the tongue of the disease.
6. Due to the accumulation of feces in the intestine and the rot produced by the gases, putting pressure on the reefs of the intestine causes pain in the stomach and intestines.
7. The accumulated stores of the patient begin to disappear. He starts feeling weak.

Bhramari pranayama, Bhastrika pranayama and pulse resection pranayama
Kriya :-
Jala Neti, Kunjal, Vyaghra Kriya, Agnisar Nauli Kriya, Dyoti Kriya, Conch Disinfection Kriya
Relaxation :-
Shavasana or Yoganidra
