Method
Keep the heel of the left foot close to the right buttock. Place the right foot over the left thigh. Knees stay on top of each other.
Move the left hand behind your back. Move the right hand back from the right shoulder. Tie your hands together. The torso should be straight perpendicular. Keep eyes closed.
