The reproductive system of women is much more complex than men, not only from a structural point of view but also functionally. Despite not being visible outside, all the organs within a woman continue to work like a sensitive and complex but efficient tool of nature to create new life as a child.
But due to this equipment being very sensitive and complex, it is prone to disturbances in many ways. Consequently menstrual disturbances are commonly seen.
Menstrual diseases
1. Amenorrhea - It means absence of menstruation. A healthy woman comes after 28 days monthly and lasts 4-5 days in every month when this monthly process is not done properly and not monthly. If it were, then it is called Amenorrhea. It is of two types
(A) Primary Amenorrhea - When a teenager does not start menstruation even for 14-17 years, it is called primary Amenorrhea.

2. Dysmenorrhea: The pain or problem that occurs before or during the beginning of menstruation is called dysmenorrhea.

Acute pain in the lower abdomen at the beginning of discharge.
Nausea
Weakness
Stomach bloating
Headache ,
Weight gain of 2-3 kg
3. Menorrhagia- If the quantity of blood in the blood is excessive or continues for a longer period than normal, it is called Menorrhagia.
