Sarpasana : Method, Precaution & Benefits || Sarpasana Karne ki vidhi, Savdhaniyan Aur Labh
Method :
Lie flat on your stomach on the blanket in your place. Place the chin on the ground and look in front. Take both hands behind the back and trap the claws between them. Breathe in slowly. Now stopping the breath, lift the head and chest above the ground. Raise your arms upwards as far as possible and feel as if someone is pulling your hands from behind.
Respiration / Time:
Pause favorably and return to the original position while exhaling. Do at least 5 cycles of this action.
