Ushatrasana : Method, Precaution & Benefits || Ushatrasana Karne ki vidhi, Savdhaniyan Aur Labh
Ushat means camel.
Method :
Sit down in Vajrasana and stand on your knees. Now, while bending backwards, hold the right heel with the right hand and the left heel with the left hand. Tilt the head back. Elevate the ventral region, navel and sub-region. Tilt the head and spinal cord as much as possible and stay in this position for 10-15 seconds.
Respiratory :
Inhale while holding the ankles. Do normal breathing in full condition.
Time :
10-15 seconds. Do it 4 to 5 times.
Special :
For taking care of the base, pull the anal gate inward.
