Method, Precautions & Benefits of  Murcha Pranayama || Murcha Pranayama karne ka Tarika, Savdhania aur Fayde [2020-21]

Unconsciousness is commonly called fainting (unconsciousness) in English. This pranayama is done by a good trainer. Murchha Pranayama is performed by those who are adept at performing other pranayam. People who do this pranayama live a life of comfort and enthusiasm for a long time.



Method for Murcha pranayama (unconscious pranayama)

1. First of all sit in a comfortable posture like Padmasana or Siddhasana.

2. Keep head and waist straight. Relax the whole body.

3. Keep breathing slowly.

4. Now, while bending the head slightly backwards, inhale slowly with both nasal pores with Ujjayi Pranayama. Keep the eyes open.

5. Pressing the knees with the hands, keep the elbows straight, extending the elbows.

6. Hold the breath in as much as possible.

7. Exhale while loosening hands. Close the eyes and slowly straighten the head again.

8. Keeping the eyes closed, give the whole body a rest for some time.

9. Experience lightness and peace in body and mind.

This pranayam is not made for everyone. Just do the same people who do all kinds of pranayama very well. Those who have mental condition or high blood pressure also do not do unconscious pranayama. Also keep in mind that to do this pranayama, take the help of a good trainer.
