Constipation: Causes, Symptoms, Treatment| Yoga se Kabjj ka ilaj[2020-21]




Symptoms :-

1. Not having a bowel movement properly.

2. Irregular bowel movements.

3. Having difficulty in bowel movements.

4. Headache discomfort. 

5. Loss of appetite.

6. Nausea

7. Halitosis.

8. Abdominal heaviness.

9. Insomnia, irritability.

Causes :-

1. Disturbance in secretion of stomach, intestine and liver and pancreatic glands

2. Lack of rich foods in the diet. Bread biscuit cake, tea or coffee, meat fish.

3. Excess intake of flour in the diet.

4. More chili spicy food.

5. Weakness of rectal muscles.

6. Extreme mental stress.

7. Irregular routine.

The Treatment :-

Posture :-

Surya Namaskar, Pawanmuktasana, Paschimotanasana, Bhujangasana, Vajasana, Tadasana, Trikatadasana, Katichkrasan, Udraksha, Trik Bhujangasana,

Pranayama :-

Pulse treatment Pranayama, Bhastrika, Pranayama, Bhramari.

Kriya: -

Agnisara Kriya, Vaman Dhoti Kriya

Note :-

Apart from this, it is very important to abstain from non-gratifying food. Get into the habit of drinking water 250ml-1liter before Sun rise. Sprouts should be taken in the breakfast. The patient of constipation should sleep on the left side as much as possible.

Sleep left side. Instant defecation, drink plenty of water, eat only when hungry, eat chewed food.
