YogMudrasana : Method, Precaution & Benefits || YogMudrasana Karne ki vidhi, Savdhaniyan Aur Labh




Method :

In Padmasana, sat calmly and closed his eyes. In the initial stage, move both hands behind the back and hold the wrist of both hands. Breathing out, tilt the head slowly to the ground. Make the forehead touch the ground. Keep breathing while remaining in the same position for 10 to 15 seconds. Now come back to the original state and repeat the same action.

Respiratory:

Exhale while bending. In the full posture, slowly inhale deeply. Breathe while coming back to the original state.

Direction: 

For spiritual reasons, east or north direction is more accurate.

Benefit :

Intensifies digestion.

Removes CONSTIPATION.

Lung contraction is also cured.

Gives benefits in spirituality.

The spinal cord gets full benefit.

Helpful in Kundalini Jagran.

Precautions:

High blood pressure, pregnant women, mites, people with heart disease

For complete posture, try holding the toes gently and try slowly. If you feel difficulty, put your hands on your back and tie them together.
