Padamasana : Method, Precaution & Benefits || Padamasana Karne ki vidhi, Savdhaniyan Aur Labh
Method :
First of all, sit with your legs spread out in front or sit in Sukhasana.
Then lift the left toe and place it on the right thigh and lift the right toe and install it on the left thigh.
Keep the spine straight. Keep knees touching the ground. Place the left hand above the soles of both feet and the right hand claw over the left hand claw so that the navel continues to touch as long as possible. Can place hands on the knees.

Precautions:
Do not forcibly sit for longer than capacity.
