Method
First type:
Lie Down in the position of Shavasana. Now bend the right leg and bring the thigh towards the chest. After that, with the claws of the two hands stuck together, keep them on the knees. Breathing out and trying to stick the thigh to the chest while pressing with your hands, lift the head up and touch the knee with the nose. Stay in this position for a while. Come to the state of Shavasana. Be aware of breathing and posture. In this way, do this 3-5 times and do the same by changing the legs.
(Second type):
Lie in the position of Shavasana. Now bend both legs and try to attach the thighs to the chest. After this, wrap the knees like a hug with both hands. Exhale. Now, while applying pressure with the hands, stick the thighs to the chest and lift the head and touch the knees with the nose. Wait a while, return to the original state. Repeat this action 8 to 10 times. It is also called Purna Pawanmuktasana.
Rolling in full pavanmuktasana - practice sequence
(Third type):
In the case of complete Pawanmuktasana, first one has to roll to the left. In which to try to touch the left ear, saddle, knee and all the left limbs from the ground. Now come back and roll towards the right limb. Return to original state. This happened to be a frequency. Thus do 10 to 15 frequency.
Dynamic Pawan Muktsan -
( the fourth Kind ) :
For motion, while standing in full Pawanmuktasana position, Ukudu should sit and then stand with his hands out (stretch his arms upwards if desired). Return to the position of Pawanmuktasana after returning Ukudu. This happened to be a frequency. Perform this action 5 to 10 times.
Caution:
Be vigilant while doing the exercise, as there is a special pressure on the spinal cord in this whole exercise. So keep the blanket (thick folded) under the back.
Breathing:
Keep breathing normal in a moving position.
Benefit :
Pawan - Muktasana gives special benefit to the constipation patients. Difficulty in excretion, headaches due to stomach disorders, increase in warmth in the brain due to indigestion of air, air, constipation etc. This asana is very beneficial in ailments.
