Method :

Lie on your stomach on a blanket. Relax the body by making the palms of both hands half-fist, but be fully alert. Now keep it under both thighs. Keep the chin slightly forward, keep the tanners stationary only on the ground vertically. And inhale, lift the legs upwards. Stop as long as you can and bring the feet down while exhaling. Relax the body. Thus, do this action at least 5 times. Some yoga teachers do this by lifting the head upwards and keeping the hands near the thigh.

Precautions:

Heart patients, high blood pressure, hernia patients should have patience while doing this.

Dynamic Shalabhasana:

Those seekers who do not have the above diseases can perform this shalabhasan dynamically, as both legs have to be raised by balancing together, so practice with full alertness.

Benefit :
